Jesus told us that the thing that matters more than anything else is to love God with all we are and to love others the same way we want to be loved. And that’s sounds really good. But it’s also really hard. Especially when all the challenges and stresses of our lives leave us with almost no energy or attention to give to God or others. Instead of thriving as God intended, we often feel like we’re drowning. Throughout this series, we are going to learn how to build a life that is healthy and whole, full of life and freed from anxiety so that we can be and do all God intended for us.
